  • Bespoke and standardised projects range from small control panel design through to large multi-bayed systems incorporating Power/Drives and ICA sections
  • Designs follow in-house processes with verification checks and adhere to the relevant directives, regulations and BS/ISO/IEC standards such as BS EN 60204-1, BS EN ISO 13849-1 and applicable Type-C standards
  • Designs are fully supported within the technical file with documented conductor & equipment load-checks, co-ordinated protection, thermal calculations, SRP/CS PLr & SIL safety verification as well as parts datasheet libraries
  • Direct to sector or via Machine Builders and System Integrators

How it works

If you are replacing an existing control panel, we highly recommend a site-survey with original-drawing audit to identify undocumented circuit additions or removals as commonly encountered with older control panels.
